I have a few questions?

i like a guy who is a month older than me hes going to be a freshman in high school i will be in eighth grade but i was held back in second. i met him at a camp we both went to. we went to the same school when i was in seventh and he was in eighth. but there is so way i will be able to see him, he will be at the high school, so idk if i should keep liking him or what. if i get a chance, how do i tell him i like him without being weird? and i am pretty sure he likes me too by the way he acted around me and the feedback from the other campers......please help and thank you!
