My dog's poop is soft sometimes?

i have a 5 month old shiba inu. she is currently up to date with all of her shots so far. her poop is soft only sometimes. its not diarrhea, but its like soft and its a hard time picking it up sometimes. when i walk her, she poops twice. the first time is usually solid hard poop, then on the way home she usually poops a second time and its usually soft. she currently eats wellness puppy kibble and i give her treats from time to time. any ideas? or is this normal?
