Is it okay to feed my puppy macaroni and cheese?

l went to check on a friend who lives out the middle of no where today and l took my 10 month old puppy with me , my car has broken down and l am stuck until tomorrow , l didn't prepare to be staying over night and only had a small amount of kibble on me which is long gone on the drive , my friend is a vegetarian and the only thing l can find is macaroni and cheese is it okay just the once to feed him a little of that. The only other thing l can find is brown rice.
