Dog food; Wellness Core VS. Innova EVO?

For my future (adult SPCA rescue) pit bull dog, I've been researching the best brands of dry kibble dog food. I first came across Innova EVO, specifically the Red Meat said to be best for bigger dogs. To make this more clear I am looking for a dry kibble closest to a raw diet as possible and I heard these are both good brands for this. I don't think I can afford a real raw meat diet and really wouldn't know where to start. They are about the same price (approx. $60 for a 28 lb bag?) I want to hear from your personal experience with these foods which one you would recommend. Also if there are other good raw diet kibble brands out there that match up to these two? Thanks!
