Help!! My cat ate my hamsters food!!?

Okay my bf left the lid off my hamsters food last night and I woke up to my cat eating out of it!! It has like little pieces of hamster kibble, nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds still in the shell, and freeze dried carrots and fruits.. Idk how much he ate. I'm worried because I won't be able to keep an eye on him day after tomorrow because I have to leave town for one night... What would you do?? (he's usually a picky eater.. He is about 1 year old)
