My go is finally here! but i need lots of help?

Well i am from another country and came to this country a year ago sadly my log whom i lived 3 years with Couldn't come because the weather was too cold and the Aeroline didn't let her travel, so she is here today.she lived with my Uncle, aunt and three cousins they are little kids. I am scared about her because i heard she used to have flies back in the ohter country and she wasnt with the family a lot. also she only ate her kebble if you mixed in rice or beef or human food. She is underweight, she is a Toy poodle but looks and feels like a chihuahua.. even lighter than one and the doctors said she was underweight. Today i tried to feed her canned food but she did not eat it barely smelled it and stopped, i also tried kibble and nothing and i gave her saltine crackers ndshe barely ate those. �Is she depressed and not wanting to eat? �What should i do? Also she was potty trained to go in the bathroom but she had never seen carpet before and my house has carpeting, she peed in the carpet a few times now Howcan i potty train her again to go IN THE launfry room? she feels kind off scared of the laundry room but my mom will only let me potty train her there, -we have troubles with going outside 3 times a day- �What should i do? She is acting really shy, folowing me everywhere but shy, kind off laid down all the time and doing nothing.. Help?
