Raw feeding dachshund puppy?

I will be getting an 8 week old mini dachshund puppy. I would like to raw feed. If you post on here about parasites, bacteria yadda yadda...I will ignore it. Dogs were made to eat meat not Kibble. I am wondering if it is okay to go to the store to purchase the meat and what do I start with since he is so tiny? Thanks!
