Runt kitten,way way smaller than the others?

My Dio started out half the size of even the smallest girl in the litter. Now hes 40 inches long and 24 pounds. Which is huge. Thats measured paw to paw when hes stretched if you are wondering. So it might just get bigger, or it might just be a smaller cat. You never know.
