Should I delete my brothers game?

My brother ,15yo, has a ps3 with internet, he spends most if the day playing black outs. Somtimes I feel that he needs stop playing and get a life. I ask him to stop, but he tells me that im nobody to control his life. I feel that its ridiculous that he plays until 3am. My parents are worried for him, but give him the game to compensate missed quality time. I dont know if I should delete his accounts or I should be the one getting a life.
