Why does my dog not eat at her bowl?

Haha that sounds like my dog. I had a steel bowl and he did that but he also got pimples on his chin from the food rubbing onto his face. I then got a ceramic bowl which he can't chew, carry around, and it is wide so he doesn't rub his face in everything. We do feed him twice a day though. I think that is better. She might gain weight though if you take the bowl away and teach her that she only has so long to eat-then she will eat it all. Maybe she is clausterphobic and just doesn't like the tiny space in the bowl. Haha my dog was so stubborn we let him eat off of a bake sheet so he wouldn't get those pimples but it didn't work. Hope she gets better. But really there is no problem with this, as maybe she hates the feel. Sorry I'm like rambling here- just want you to know. Hope I helped :)
