Best bird food diet-to pellet or not to pellet?

yeah, is the vet an avian vet. even if he is, maybe see someone else, my advice is get them off of pellets, they are ground up seeds most of the time, read the package. Also if you have plenty of time, do what the one person said, go ahead and give them fresh stuff. oh and join the african grey parrot club,its in yahoo groups i believe, lots of good grey specific information there and vetratingz is a good site to find a good doc.
